About the Retreat

Please make sure that you dress comfortably in clothing that you can move in as well as in shoes that you can take on and off as we will be spending some time doing yoga (optional)!

Additional Details:

  • During the event there will be 4 break-out sessions including; trauma informed yoga, women’s wellness, healthy cooking demonstration and stress management.
  • In addition to the break-out sessions there will be two keynote presentations, a lunch time activity and a fashion show to end the day!
  • Lunch will be provided in addition to amazing desserts, wine, coffee and additional non-alcoholic beverages
  • There is ample complimentary parking onsite.
